  • Lacy Morin-Desjarlais

    We are very saddened by the news that Lacy Morin-Desjarlais, a recipient of the Foundation's Frank O'Neill Visionary Award in 2010, died in a car accident last week along with Michael Green, Michele Sereda and Narcisse Blood. A memorial was held at the York Theatre in Vancouver on Sunday February 22.
