Our deadline is fast approaching for the 2016 Masterpiece Study Program. Open to First Nations artists from BC and the Yukon, grants of up to $2500 will be given to artists for travel/study projects at the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Vancouver, the Royal BC Museum in Victoria, the Burke Museum in Seattle and the Field Museum in Chicago.
The 2015 Youth and Mid-Career Scholarship Recipients' art can now be found in the display cases at YVR. This is a great opportunity for the artists to have their pieces seen by travellers from all over the world as each piece will be housed in a couple of locations throughout the year. Watch for them the next time you head through the airport at the following gates:
